2. Course Enrollment and Certification

• Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course and passing the mandatory examination.
• Rashtriya Digital & Skill Development(RDSD) reserves the right to withhold certification if fee dues are not cleared or if the student is found engaging in malpractice during exams.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Course fees must be paid as per the schedule provided by the respective branch. Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum within the branch premises and on the online portal. Any form of harassment, unauthorized sharing of portal credentials, or destruction of property will lead to immediate termination of enrollment.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
